Our Shipping & Return Policy

Your shipping rate (unless it is a product with free shipping) will calculate and show in your cart for your destinations. Most products we sell/ship globally, on some brands we have only rights to sell/ship in USA.


Express shipping is available in cart on some but not all items.


Some items will ship from US, some from China and some from other countries. Each product will specify ship from country.

 

Our Returns Policy

You can request to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order if for any reason you’re not completely happy with it. You must inform us of your intent to return the item, and obtain a return authorization number, by emailing our customer service and following their instructions. Items should be returned in the same condition in which you receive them: the original branded product packaging and tags must still be attached, and the products must be in an unused condition (except in the case of products which you have discovered to be faulty upon use – please see “How do I return a faulty item?”). Please package your parcel securely, enclosing your returns slip inside the parcel. The returns address is displayed once you have obtained your Return Number. You are normally responsible for the cost of returning your order back to us. You can return your order using shipper of your choice. Your refund will be processed when the items is received back in original condition. Allow a billing cycle on your card statement to view the return credit. DO NOT return to our business address, most items are shipped directly to you from brands and retailers and you will receive the appropriate return address with your Authorized return Number.
